Refund policy

Try it first

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial on your computer, with no card needed. Please use the trial to make sure Oseyra runs well on your computer and is right for you before you buy.

No refunds

Payments for monthly, annual and lifetime plans are not refundable, including partial months or years and unused time.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly or annual plan at any time, from the link in your receipt or by emailing support@oseyra.com. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email us and we'll correct it.

iPhone app

Purchases in the iPhone app are made through Apple, and Apple decides refunds under its own policy: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any refund right that the law where you live gives you.
