These terms are an agreement between you and Hatch Media LLC ("we") for the Oseyra apps, the web app, the live demo and this website. By using Oseyra you agree to them. Questions: support@oseyra.com.

Who can use Oseyra

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping your devices and license key secure.

What Oseyra is

Oseyra is an AI companion. Your companion is software: it isn't a person, it can be wrong, and it says so. It isn't a therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and isn't a substitute for professional help or emergency services. If you're in crisis in the US, call or text 988.

Your license

• A free trial lasts 7 days. After that, Oseyra needs a paid plan: monthly, annual or lifetime.
• One plan may be used on up to two of your own computers. You may not share, resell or publish your license key.
• We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the apps. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute them except where the law allows it.
• Lifetime plans include updates to Oseyra for as long as we offer the product.

Subscriptions and payments

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing support@oseyra.com; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change affects your renewal. Purchases in the iPhone app are billed and managed by Apple under Apple's terms. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Additional terms

Some downloads come with additional terms, shown on the page where you get them. Those terms apply to that download together with these.

Acceptable use

Don't use Oseyra to break the law, to harm or harass others, to create content involving minors in any sexual way, or to imitate a real person without their permission. Don't try to get around the safety features, age verification or license checks, or attack our servers or the live demo.

Your content

What you say, the files you show your companion, and what your companion says back are yours and stay on your device. In the live demo, you give us permission to process what you say only to answer you during your session.

Connected accounts

If you connect email, calendar, reminders or shopping, your companion acts only with your approval for anything that leaves your device, such as sending an email or making a purchase. You're responsible for what you approve.

No warranty

Oseyra is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable and kind, but we don't promise it will be error-free, always available, or right about anything. AI replies can be inaccurate.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hatch Media LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Oseyra at any time. We may suspend a license that's used in breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as the limits of liability) still apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the date below and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they apply to you.
